Living costs in Yazd are also significantly lower, so a patient staying for two weeks for treatment will find accommodation and dining very affordable compared to other major cities.
Yazd has an international airport; however, direct international flights are limited. We recommend that our international patients first fly to Imam Khomeini International Airport in Tehran. Once they inform us of their arrival date, we arrange a connecting flight to Yazd and provide transportation to transfer them between Tehran’s Imam Khomeini and Mehrabad airports. Alternatively, patients can choose a ground transfer from Tehran to Yazd. This journey takes about seven hours on a well-maintained, six-lane highway, and is facilitated by a trusted hospital-affiliated driver.
We place high importance on ensuring the comfort and well-being of patient companions. International patients are accommodated in private rooms equipped to a 4-star hotel standard. Companions can stay with the patient 24/7 in these private rooms, enjoying the facilities without the need for separate hotel arrangements.
In Yazd, there is a wide variety of accommodation options, including 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star hotels, suites, apartments, and luxury villas, all available for rent near the hospitals. Depending on your budget, we can assist with booking accommodations that suit your preferences. However, please note that lodging costs are not covered in the treatment package and must be paid directly to the hotel or property owner.
Implant costs vary depending on the type of implant. For instance, dental implants start from around $100, while orthopedic implants are more expensive. All implants used in Mortaz Hospital meet high standards, carrying either European CE or U.S. FDA certifications. Most of our implants come from reputable countries, including Switzerland, Germany, France, the U.S., Austria, and South Korea. Each implant has a serial number, allowing patients to verify its origin and manufacturer for quality assurance.
We have an English-speaking interpreter available in the hospital at all times, and most doctors and nurses are also proficient in English. For other languages, such as Russian, Arabic, German, or French, please inform us in advance so we can arrange a translator for your language at the hospital.
