Lipomatic surgery is a type of liposuction that has much less pain and complications. The purpose of lipomatic surgery is to remove excess fat tissue under the skin and to thin the body. Lipomatic surgery is performed on different parts of the body, including the thighs, sides, abdomen, arms and buttocks. People who are looking to lose weight know that doing this surgery is actually the last resort for being thin. In lipomatic surgery of the abdomen and flanks, the fat accumulated in one part of the body is removed as a fat solution using a lipomatic device. Surgical method
This surgery is performed under general anesthesia and local anesthesia. The surgeon makes holes 2 to 6 mm deep and inserts a very thin tube called a cannula into the adipose tissue. This tube performs vibratory movements quickly and without damaging the arteries in the desired area. These movements cause the fats in that area to be destroyed and liquefied then removed from the body using a suction device.
