Iran, the capital of rhinoplasty in the world
Rhinoplasty is performed to repair the nose after an injury or fracture or to correct respiratory problems or physical defects. Sometimes people who are looking to change the shape of their nose and want to give it a special shape do this cosmetic procedure. In the field of beauty, these changes include changing the size, changing the angle, smoothing the bulge and hump of the nose, changing the shape of the tip of the nose or narrowing the nose.
Surgical method
General anesthesia is used for rhinoplasty. It is performed as a closed operation in which incisions are made inside the nose. Sometimes surgery is an open operation in which incisions are made across the columella (a narrow strip below the nasal septum that separates the two nasal cavities). In changing the structure of the nose, if the size of the nose is too large, the size can be reduced by removing the bone or cartilage, and if the size of the nose is small, using the cartilage of the nasal wall, you can simply increase its size. The duration of hospitalization is usually two nights of hospitalization and three days of presence in the hospital, but the patient must be under the supervision of his doctor for two weeks (remotely).
