Vaginoplasty
Vaginoplasty is a surgical procedure to tighten the vagina. Sexual arousal of a woman depends on many factors such as partner, physical and mental condition of the woman, age, place, atmosphere and etc. Over time, women and their husbands experience less pleasure during sex than in the past. Sometimes there are symptoms of urinary incontinence during sex, which is worrying for the woman and is unbearable for the sexual partner and can lead to a breakdown in their relationship.
Causes of vaginal dilation include illness, birth defects, or physical injuries to the vagina during childbirth, or acquired life-threatening causes. Also, natural childbirth, which damages the vagina when the baby’s head passes through the vaginal canal and affects the pelvic muscles around it, widens the vagina and does not return to its pre-delivery size due to the large stretches that occur in the vaginal tissues.
Surgical method
Surgery is performed under general anesthesia or local or spinal anesthesia. To perform this surgery, the extra, loose and damaged parts of the vaginal and perineal muscles are removed. The remaining parts of these muscles are stretched and brought closer together. Then they sew them together. This surgery not only narrows the vaginal canal, but also the entrance to the vagina, creating a uniformed structure. The sutures used in vaginal tightening surgery are absorbent and do not need to be pulled. The place of surgical incisions and sutures will not remain if it is done with the best quality of surgical thread and with elegance and skill.
It is possible to perform this surgery simultaneously with labiaplasty surgery.

You will then be examined by an anesthesiologist to determine if you can have this surgery. You will be given information about the operation and pre-surgery training.
