In the west of Gilan and between Talesh mountains, Masal summer region is located with its dense forests and turbulent rivers and attracts the attention of every tourist. The two most famous rivers that flow through the nature of this region are called Morghak and Khalkaei rivers.
In addition, there are several small and large waterfalls in Masal, the most famous of which are Toli Nesa, Ramin and Khoon waterfalls.
The weather in this region is mostly cold, but in the first six months of the year, the average temperature reaches about eighteen degrees Celsius, and it is the best time to travel. But in the autumn and winter seasons, the weather in Masal becomes so cold and foggy that it is practically impossible to see the scenery at high altitudes.


Roodkhan Castle

This forest area, which is located at an altitude of more than 1500 meters above sea level, has a stepped architecture and is one of the most spectacular and attractive places for nature tourism in Iran.
Masouleh is also one of the favorite places of foreign tourists. Its vegetation includes many forest trees such as beech, alder, hazelnut, etc. and is located sixty kilometers from Rasht and 32 kilometers west of Fooman.


Heyran Pass

Heyran Pass is one of the amazing nature destinations in Iran and if the weather conditions are favorable, Heyran Pass gondola lift (telecabin) is active from eight in the morning to ten at night. Along the way of this gondola lift, we pass a castle which is known as Shindan Castle and its establishment dates back to the Sassanid period.
